How long does shipping take for my e-bike?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your bike leaves our warehouse.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Our e-bikes arrive 85% assembled. We include all the necessary tools and a comprehensive video guide to help you finish the setup in about 20-30 minutes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for bikes with over 10 miles of usage.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Evoque E-Bike comes with a 2-year comprehensive warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.
Can I finance my purchase?
Yes, we partner with several financing providers to offer flexible monthly payment plans at checkout, subject to credit approval.
How many miles can I get on a single charge?
Depending on the model and pedal-assist level used, our batteries typically provide a range of 45 to 75 miles per charge.
